Kath is a Senior Lecturer and the Programme Lead for the NHS Talking Therapies, Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) Programme (previously IAPT)  here at LJMU. 

Kath also oversees the long terms conditions training and delivers the PWP Supervision training. 

She is a qualified PWP, CBT Therapist and EMDR Practitioner. She holds BABCP registration. 

Kath has a keen interest in LGBTQ+ people's experiences of mental health services and higher education.
