My primary research focuses on the intersection of healthcare delivery in critical care settings, with particular emphasis on end-of-life and palliative care. I am particularly focused on how healthcare professionals manage ethical, emotional and psychological challenges associated with end-of-life decisions, as well as implications for patient and family outcomes. 

I am also interested in staff wellbeing and resilience in critical care settings, where the emotional burden can impact significantly. Additionally, the experience for students navigating challenges and stressors during transition from student into a professional role, in both undergraduate and postgraduate positions. Exploring effective career development strategies and support mechanisms for students is essential to supporting both wellbeing and retention within healthcare.
