I am actively engaged in professional development and support, with a focus on enhancing knowledge, skills and behaviour within healthcare. My role as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Lead allows me to oversee the development and implementation of CPD programmes that foster career progression and individual growth. 

In addition, I am a Schwartz Round Facilitator. I support an important forum for healthcare professionals and students to share and reflect on the emotional experiences associated with pateint care. 

My active participation in conferences allows me to remain at the forefront of developments in nursing and allied health, particularly in relation to research interests and CPD demands. 

I am a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Counil (NMC).
