BIOGRAPHY

PhD candidate in Exercise Metabolism and Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University, researching the magnitude of deterioration in physiological profiling variables (i.e., 'durability') during prolonged endurance exercise, with a key focus on cycling performance. Variables of interest include the mechanistic underpinnings of biological sex, training status and carbohydrate feeding on endurance athlete durability.
