Subham is actively involved in interdisciplinary forensic research and international collaboration, working across academic, laboratory, and applied forensic environments. His experience spans partnerships with research groups, forensic laboratories, and external stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and India.

He has contributed to large-scale collaborative research, including an NIJ-funded US–UK consortium focused on advancing multi-omics approaches in forensic science, and continues to collaborate with international partners in this area.

He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and actively engages with the wider forensic science community through conferences and professional networks, including participation in the International Association of Forensic Sciences Conference.

Alongside research, he supports student training and academic development through workshops, supervision, and practical teaching, and contributes to outreach activities that promote forensic science to wider audiences.
