BIOGRAPHY

Ayesha started out as a Visiting Lecturer for University of London BSc external programme students, before venturing into project management, a path that has spanned over a decade across technology, e-commerce, and the public sector.

As a Digital Project Manager, she managed a £1.8 million project portfolio, led agile delivery across DevOps teams, and served as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, embedding practices that improved transparency, efficiency, and team performance.

As a PMO at Speridian Technologies, she led meetings, mediated with third party vendors, managed technical resource allocation, and oversaw software deployments for a High Court Case Flow Management System, while also acting as a Support team manager to ensure smooth running of business.

As Co-founder of an e-commerce startup, she led end-to-end product delivery, trained a team of 15, and generated $125k in sales which trained her in coaching and leadership.

Ayesha holds an MSc in Project Management from LJMU and is a Certified Scrum Master. She was recognised as a TechWomen Emerging Leader by the US Department of State.

Her mission: bridging theory and practice to prepare future project leaders.
