BIOGRAPHY
Dr Zhuo Ridley is a Lecturer in Business, Trade and Commodities at Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to joining LJMU, she was a teaching assistant at Leeds University Business School University of Leeds, where she taught in the areas of International Business and Management.
Her current research interests include experiential learning in multinational enterprieses, in particular how experiential knoweldge acquisition, transfer, retention, and application affect firms' strategic decision making and performance.
She holds a PhD in Business and Economics from University of Leeds, UK, an MSc in International Business from University of Leeds, UK, and a BSc in International Trade and Economics, BA(Minor) in Business English from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, China.
